It has been seven years since I was in Cambodia but the beauty of the country and its people are still fresh in my mind. I was there for three weeks, mostly in Phnom Penh, for an Art & Social Action course I did for my undergraduate degree. Even though I wasn’t there to sightsee as much as work and study, I was lucky to get some time off to go to Siem Reap for a couple of days and check out Angkor Wat. Confused as to whether Angkor Wat is an official “Wonder of the World”. It should be – that place is I.N.C.R.E.D.I.B.L.E.
Obviously I didn’t have an iPhone back then because they didn’t exist so these are just post-edited shots from a normal point-and-shoot camera. Apps used here are mainly Camera+, Dynamic Light and PictureShow.
I need to make another trip back to Southeast Asia – Vietnam, Laos, Thailand. It will happen, in due time…

Beautiful photographs! I really like the crocodile with an arm wrapped around the other. You should go back and see how much your skills have improved, especially now that you are an iPhone photo expert.

Where did you have the taco at? How was Cali? I miss it very much there.

Haha, I wonder if the DK’s have even been to Cambodia themselves. I loved it too, I definitely need to go back and explore that region some more. On my way to/from Perth perhaps :)
